The primary reason is that financing required for these transactions applies to properties intended for investment only, and not for residential purposes. This way, we also spare you the elongated mortgage eligibility process which includes proving sources of income, prior liabilities, etc.
Your presence is not required to open an American company, and Keter Real Estate Investments provides this service to all our investors. Similarly, we work with a representative from one of the major American banks who facilitates the opening of American accounts without any need for you to appear in person at the bank.
